Bangalore has been home to many adventure-filled thrill parks, but this one stands out with a mixture of jolly rides, themed settings, educational rides, water games, and easy-to-do thrill games.
To start with, we reached the park at 12 Noon ( One must take a deviation into Bidadi on Bangalore Mysore Highway, otherwise, you will have to further drive for 1/2 hour to exit from the expressway )
The entrance is grand with huge life-size fixtures. Either side of the entrance has walls painted in cinematic themes.
Visit the ancient village setup.
Take a train ride through mini Jurassic park
Then go through the depths of the ocean to see the last voyage of the Titanic. Go through the engine room with big machinery into the ocean floor.
Followed by passenger cabins
A few attractions like The Haunted House and Cowboy-county seem to be still under construction. A lot of food options are available in the cafeteria and it is priced reasonably.
There is a waterpark with a small wave pool which is more of a DJ dance floor than the wave pool. Children’s water games and water arena are good and kids can spend a lot of time on the tiny water slides. There is a complete section of thrill water rides with a few insane ones like the TrapDoor standing slide.
Then comes the dry rides section with joy rides that everyone can do. Major attraction are sky swing, Samba balloon, and bumper car. There is parkor section where you can try zipline, elevated cycling, rock climbing , sky walk and few other rides.
During the night with lights switched on, the Roman arena with the central fountain looks beautiful.
Finally, at 6:45 they start the musical fountain, liquid lights laser show, on the entrance podium and it is the highlight of the tour.
Though ticket prices came as a surprise to us. It was 1499/- instead of 1199 as mentioned on the internet. Children above 4.5 Ft can enjoy more. Some of the rides have restrictions on weight and height.
Overall it was a good fun-filled family experience. Watch out for the holidays as it may be crowded.
